Summary: | The invention provides a preparation method of a dried tangerine peel beverage. The method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing liquorice and honeysuckles according to a weight ratio of 1:(0.2-2), performing reflux extraction with water for 30-90min in a solid-liquid ratio of 1:15 to 1:30 g/mL at a temperature of 50-70 DEG C, and conducting filtration to obtain a liquorice and honeysuckle extracting solution; (2) mixing dried tangerine peel and corn stigma according to a weight ratio of 1:(1-10), then heating the obtained mixture to 80-110 DEG C with water vapor for 20-40min in a solid-liquid ratio of 1:(4-10) g/mL, naturally cooling the heated mixture to room temperature, and removing residues, wherein the obtained juice is a dried tangerine peel and corn stigma extracting solution;(3) stir-frying cassia seeds at 100-110 DEG C, and conducting pounding after cooling; and (4) mixing and blending the liquorice and honeysuckle extracting solution, the dried tangerine peel and corn stigma extracting solution |
