The problem of relatively poor third-order nonlinear optical performance of the existing nonlinear optical materials is solved. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1. adding 2,3,6-tricyanophthalene, metal zinc salt and 1,8-diazabicycloundecyl-7-alkene to a reaction bottle, using n-pentanol as a reaction solution, performing a heating reflux reaction, adding acetic acid at the end of thereaction, cooling to the room temperature, performing methanol centrifugation to collect a solid phase, and adding concentrated sulfuric acid to perform a heating hydrolysis reaction to obtain tetracarboxy metal naphthalocyanine; and 2. adding the tetracarboxy metal naphthalocyanine and GO into the reaction bottle, using N, N- dimethylformamide as a reaction solution, and stirring to generate a reaction to obtain the pht |
