The invention discloses a preparation method and applications of secondary metabolites with the antibacterial and/or antioxidant activity of casuarina equisetifolia endophytic fungi. The method comprises the following steps: (1) separating endophytic fungi from casuarina equisetifolia by adopting a tissue block separating method; (2) fermenting the separated endophytic fungi in a rice solid medium; (3) after fermentation is finished, carrying out cold soaking extraction on the fermentation product by adopting a mixed solution of ethyl acetate and acetone, and carrying out concentration under reduced pressure on the extracted solution, thus obtaining the secondary metabolites of the casuarina equisetifolia endophytic fungi; and (4) screening the secondary metabolites with the antibacterialand/or antioxidant activity by adopting the thin layer chromatography-bioautography method.
