The invention relates to a thin-walled pipe shaft end part hooping device. The device comprises an elastic hooping supporting body, a rigid supporting reference body, a tension locking sleeve and a supporting piece; the elastic hooping supporting body is in an annular shape, the inner diameter is in clearance fit with the outer circle of a pipe shaft to be machined, one end of the outer diameter is conical, the other end of the outer diameter is cylindrical, and the conical side is of a uniform sectioning structure; the rigid supporting reference body is arranged outside the elastic hooping supporting body, the inner diameter is provided with a cone and a cylinder which are matched with the conical surface and the cylindrical surface of the elastic hooping supporting body respectively; thetension locking sleeve is arranged on a step of the elastic hooping supporting body; and the supporting piece is an annular baffle piece with an opening, and abuts against the tension locking sleeve.According to the device,
