The invention discloses an anion exchange resin, and a preparation method and a use thereof. The preparation method of the anion exchange resin comprises the following steps: (1) mixing sulfonated polymer microspheres with an amine polymer to obtain polymer microspheres adsorbed with the amine polymer; and (2) mixing an epoxy compound with the polymer microspheres adsorbed with the amine polymer to obtain the anion exchange resin. The preparation method of the anion exchange resin has the advantages of simple steps, short synthesis period, suitableness for large-scale mass production, and realization of stable and controllable quality of the product. 本发明公开了阴离子交换树脂及其制备方法和用途。其中，制备阴离子交换树脂的方法包括：(1)将经过磺化处理的聚合物微球与胺类聚合物混合，得到吸附有所述胺类聚合物的聚合物微球；(2)将所述吸附有胺类聚合物的聚合物微球与环氧化合物混合，得到所述阴离子交换树脂。该制备阴离子交换树脂的方法步骤简单、合成周期短，适用于大规模的量产，且产品质量稳定可控。
