Summary:A kind of method for determining nascent cryptomorphic coccus and culture medium used for said coccus growth. It can determine two biont specificities of nascent cryptomorphic coccus at one kind of culture medium in the same time, namely two groups of determining substrate are put in the culture medium in the mean time. Substrate of determining urease is urea and pH indicator, it can make culture medium off-color in the pesent of urease. Substrate of determining phenol oxidase activity is bisphenol or monophenol compound, it can make bacterial strain change into brown in the present of phenol oxidase. Ine the same time to adjust pH value, culture temp. and substrate concentration, tow kinds of determination reaction are same time carried out, and the results are displayed. This method is simple, fast and accuracy to determine bacterial strain and its phnol oxidase activity.
