The invention discloses a shipboard fixing device for a multi-beam underwater probe. The shipboard fixing device comprises a horizontal fixing steel plate, wherein mounting screw holes are set on thehorizontal fixing steel plate; an inner threaded pipe sleeve is vertically mounted on the horizontal fixing steel plate; an adjustment screw rod is mounted in the inner threaded pipe sleeve; a rotation hand lever is mounted at one end of the adjustment screw rod; a baffle plate is mounted at the other side of the adjustment screw rod; a first fastening embrace ring is mounted on the baffle plate;an opening is set on the horizontal fixing steel plate; channel steel is vertically set on the inner wall of the opening; and one or more second fastening embrace rings are set on the channel steel.
