Summary: | The invention relates to the field of polymer composite materials, in particular to a graphene oxide/water-based polyurethane composite material with excellent mechanical property as well as a preparation method and application thereof to the field of shoe materials. Compared with a pure water-based polyurethane material, the composite material has the advantages that the strength and the modulusof the composite material are increased by 9.4 times and 19.7 times correspondingly. In addition, the composite material has excellent wear resistance. The graphene oxide/water-based polyurethane composite material prepared with a silk-screen printing method avoids the use of an organic solvent, and is green, environmentally-friendly, rapid, simple and convenient; furthermore, the thickness of thecomposite material can be regulated and controlled by selecting the printing layer number, and the shape can be customizes according the graphic design of a screen printing area according to requirements.
