Summary: | The invention discloses a Fe(III) ion fluorescent probe and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the Fe(III) ionic fluorescent probe comprises the following steps: first, carrying out an amidation on 3,3',4,4'-diphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride and 4-pyridinylmethanamine to obtain N,N'-bis(4-pyridyl methyl) biphthalimide; and then self-assembling AgClO4 and N,N'-bis(4-pyridyl methyl) biphthalimide to obtain the Fe(III) ionic fluorescent probe. The fluorescent probe is an Ag(I) coordinate polymer which has the characteristics of being high in porosity, large in specific surface area, regular in duct dimension, adjustable in size of framework and the like, can be used as the fluorescent probe to monitor and recognize Fe(III) ions without being processed, and is simple toprepare and operate, excellent thermal stability, good in selectivity and quick to monitor.
