Summary: | The invention relates to a nano silica reinforced foaming agent, a modified polyurethane plastic track and a paving method of the modified polyurethane plastic track. Nano silica particles have a diameter of 0.01 to 1.0 micrometers and a specific surface area of 20 to 30 square meters per gram. Modified polyurethane comprises 6 to 12% of isocyanate, 30 to 55% of polyether polyol and 5 to 50% of nano silica. The plastic track is formed by an upper surface, a middle layer and a bottom surface which are of an integral structure; the middle layer is provided with a plurality of enclosed and mutually independent small-sized airbags; and the airbags have a diameter of 0.1 to 1.5 millimeters. According to the invention, the reinforced foaming agent using the nano silica as a modified polyurethanematerial not only is helpful for material foaming, but also can reinforce intensity of a material.
