The invention provides an inspection device and method for ladle lower nozzle and long nozzle matched shapes. The inspection device comprises a ladle lower nozzle inspection device body and a long nozzle inspection device body. The inspection method comprises the steps of inspecting the shape of a long nozzle and the shape of a ladle lower nozzle by using the ladle lower nozzle inspection device body and the long nozzle inspection device body respectively.
