The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) sizing and cutting a fully re-crystallized niobium alloy tube stock and then polishing and cleaning; 2) putting balls into a ball spinning device, coating a lubricant on the surface of a core bar of the ball spinning device and debugging the ball spinning device; 3) assembling the cleaned niobium alloy tube stock on the core bar of the ball spinning device after debugging, spinning and molding, thereby acquiring a semi-finished productof niobium alloy thin walled tube; 4) treating the semi-finished product of niobium alloy thin walled tube in the manner of washing with alkali, removing oil, washing with water and air-drying, and then performing full re-crystallization annealing, thereby acquiring the niobium alloy thin walled tube.
