A PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) controls a vehicle body of a mobile feeding vehicle to move towards a numerical control machine tool and scans a code to identify the numerical control machine tool; a vehicle-mounted module acquires identified numerical control machine tool information and feeds the information back to a base station; the base station communicates with a monitoring system; after reading the numerical control machine tool information, the monitoring system sends a working instruction whether to feed a material to the base station; the base station sends the working instruction to the vehicle-mounted module through wireless network bridge communication; and the vehicle-mounted module controls a working state of feeding equipment according to the received working instruction.
