Summary: | The invention relates to a fault early warning and protection circuit for an inverter IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Translator). The circuit comprises a current sampling circuit, a signal conditioningcircuit, a partial pressure conditioning circuit, a signal triggering circuit, a resistor and an IGBT switching device, wherein the current sampling circuit collects IGBT emitting electrode current and converts a current signal to a voltage signal; the voltage signal output by the current sampling circuit is converted into a stable voltage signal through the signal conditioning circuit; the voltage signal is converted into the input signal of the signal triggering circuit through the partial pressure conditioning circuit, and the input signal is output as a fault signal; and the output signalgenerated by the signal triggering circuit is connected with an IGBT grid electrode through the resistor, and meanwhile, the output signal is connected with a driving signal through the resistor.
