The rapid construction method comprises the following steps that a) a lower tunnel is dug; b) before that the lower tunnel is dug to a position of an upper tunnel, the bottom of the upper tunnel is grooved in advance, and a groove is formed; c) the groove is laid with I-beam steel and precast with concrete; d) after solidification of the concrete, a channel is dug in the lower tunnel by taking the concrete as a top plate; and e) anchor poles are anchored into the two sides of the lower tunnel.
