The invention discloses a lifting rib structure and a washing machine therewith. The lifting rib structure comprises an inner barrel and a plurality of lifting ribs. The lifting ribs are arranged circumferentially along the inner barrel. The lifting ribs project toward the middle of the inner barrel. Magnetic members are arranged at positions where the lifting ribs are located. Each magnetic member is a magnetic sheet of a sheet-like structure. Each magnetic sheet is formed by interlacing a plurality of magnetic sheet units. The width of the magnetic sheet units extending in the extending direction of the length of each lifting rib is smaller than the width of the magnetic sheet units extending in the extending direction of the width of the lifting rib.
