Summary: | The invention discloses a method for efficiently leaching cobalt and nickel from cobalt nickel sulfide scraps. The method comprises the steps that firstly, alkali roasting is performed, the main composition of cobalt nickel sulfide intermediate scraps is changed, so that the cobalt nickel in the scraps exists mainly in the form of an oxide and a sulfate, then a period of water leaching is performed, and after the reaction is performed for a period of time, an acid configured with distilled water and concentrated sulfuric acid is added into a residue according to the experimental conditions. Compared with other existing cobalt nickel sulfide leaching, the method for efficiently leaching cobalt and nickel from the cobalt nickel sulfide scraps has lower equipment requirements than sulphatingroasting and does not cause corrosion to equipment; compared with bio-leaching, the method has the advantage of faster leaching rate; and compared with a high-pressure leaching method, the equipment requirements are not high, |
