The invention discloses a method for efficiently leaching cobalt and nickel from cobalt nickel sulfide scraps. The method comprises the steps that firstly, alkali roasting is performed, the main composition of cobalt nickel sulfide intermediate scraps is changed, so that the cobalt nickel in the scraps exists mainly in the form of an oxide and a sulfate, then a period of water leaching is performed, and after the reaction is performed for a period of time, an acid configured with distilled water and concentrated sulfuric acid is added into a residue according to the experimental conditions.
