The invention discloses a system and method for reduction treatment of excess sludge and reinforced nitrogen and phosphorus removal of urban domestic sewage. The system comprises an anaerobic tank, ananoxic tank, an aerobic tank, a secondary sedimentation tank, a lysis pretreatment device, a hydrolysis and acidification device and a crystallization dephosphorization column which are sequentiallyconnected. The upper part of the secondary sedimentation tank is provided with a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe, and the bottom of the secondary sedimentation tank is connected with an excess sludge lifting pump through a pipeline.
