Summary: | The invention relates to a method for continuously and efficiently producing a low-cost high-performance rubber-plastic blending microporous infiltration irrigation pipe by a multi-stage extruder andbelongs to the recycling of waste rubber. By using an equidirectional two-screw extruder, one or two side feeders, an extrusion shaping extruder, a cooling water tank, a tractor and a winder, rubber powder activated by an activation section of the equidirectional two-screw extruder, plastic melted and plasticized by the side feeder(s) and a compatibilizing modifier are continuously mixed in a mixing section of the equidirectional two-screw extruder and then extruded, cooled and shaped, and are finally packaged by the tractor and the winder to obtain a product.
