The invention discloses a chemical raw material crushing device. The device comprises a cooling shell, a device body, a feeding opening and a discharging opening; the cooling shell is arranged on theouter side of the device body, and a cooling pipe is arranged inside the cooling shell; two material blocking plates are symmetrically arranged inside the feeding opening, and the material blocking plates are rotationally installed on the inner wall of the feeding opening through a rotating shaft; a screen plate is fixedly installed inside the device body, and the screen plate divides the interiorof the device body into a coarse crushing chamber and a fine crushing chamber; two coarse crushing rollers are symmetrically installed inside the coarse crushing chamber; two fine crushing rollers are symmetrically installed on the side wall of the fine crushing chamber; and the discharging opening is formed in the bottom of the device body. According to the device, the rotatable material blocking plates are arranged insi
