Summary: | The invention relates to the field of medical sponge, and aims at providing lotus seed starch-hydrophilic gel composite sponge and a preparation method thereof. The method includes following steps: 1.Mixing the hydrophilic glue and water, standing for 5-7h to obtain a hydrophilic glue solution; 2, adding lotus seed starch into that hydrophilic gel solution of the step 1, mixing, heating and stirring at 70-90 DEG C for 4-6min, and performing high-pressure sterilization to obtain a composite liquid; 3, refrigerating the composite liquid of the step 2 for 22-26h, freezing for 22-24h, and freezedrying to obtain the composite sponge. The composite sponge can stop bleeding quickly and has strong toughness.
本发明涉及医疗海绵领域,目的在于提供种莲子淀粉-亲水胶复合海绵及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1:将亲水胶和水混合后,静置5~7h,得到亲水胶溶液;步骤2:将莲子淀粉加入步骤1的亲水胶溶液中,混合,于70~90℃加热搅拌4~6min后进行高压灭菌,得到复合液;步骤3:将步骤2的复合液进行冷藏22~26h,接着进行冷冻22~24h,然后冷冻干燥得到莲子淀粉-亲水胶复合海绵。本发明制备得到的莲子淀粉-亲水胶复合海绵能迅速止血且韧性强。 |
