Summary: | A method for determining an area to be ablated base on a PET-CT image comprises that steps of: adopting a PET-CT imaging mode to reconstruct that three-dimensional distribution image of the molecule image of the human body to be measured, with the three-dimensional distribution image comprising: an area corresponding to the tracer aggregation information in the human body to be measured; analyzingthe three-dimensional distribution image to obtain a region to be ablated for minimally invasive surgery, the region to be ablated comprises a lesion region and a satellite lesion region adjacent tothe lesion region. These methods can more accurately obtain the area to be ablated in order to reduce the unnecessary organ inactivation range and improve the quality of life of patients.
