A slide groove is respectively arranged on theinner side and the lower side of the return frame. The upper and lower ends of the slider 1 and the slider 2 are respectively embedded in the sliding groove and can slide left and right along the sliding groove. The tie rod 1 and the tie rod 2 are hollow tubular bodies; a pull rod passes through one side of the return frame and is fixed on the slider. The cable is arranged inside the pull rod andlocked on the pull rod by bolts. One end of the cable is connected with the spring after passing through the slider and is locked on the slider by bolts. A pull rod 2 passes through the other side ofthe return frame and is fixed on the slider 2.
