Summary:The present invention relates to a rapid and simple method for extracting nucleic acids from clinical samples. Sodium dodecyl sarcosinate, TCEP, Tris-HCl, EDTA and glycogen are added in proportion ina clinical sample; the mixture is heated in the first step: heating for 10-30 minitues at 37-50 DEG C, and then heated in the second step of heating: heating for 2-10 minutes at 60-70 DEG C. The nucleic acid can be extracted in 10 minutes, and can be used for PCR and RPA amplification to detect pathogenic microorganisms, gene mutation, specific target nucleic acid and so on. The method does not need any instrument, and has the advantages of fewer steps and shorter time, and improves the nucleic acid extraction efficiency. 本发明涉及从临床样品中快速简便提取核酸的方法。在临床样品中按比例加入加入十二烷基肌氨酸钠、TCEP、Tris-HCl、EDTA和糖元,于第步加热:37-50℃加热10-30分钟,再进行第二步加热:60-70℃加热2-10分钟即可提取核酸,能够用于PCR和RPA扩增检测病原微生物、基因突变、特异靶标核酸等。该方法无需借助仪器,步骤少,时间短,提高了核酸提取效率。
