Summary: | The present invention discloses a laser additional material manufacturing method for an antiwear high-entropy alloy gear. The method includes the following steps: turning an outer surface of a mediumcarbon steel rod as the laser additional material to manufacture a mandrel, and performing sand blasting treatment to an outer surface of the mandrel; preheating the mandrel, and cladding high-entropyalloy powder enhanced by nano aluminum oxide on the mandrel layer by layer to a desired size using laser cladding technique; performing thermal treatment to the mandrel material after laser cladding;and performing machining to obtain a gear with a desired size. In the present invention, high-entropy alloy powder enhanced by nano aluminum oxide is clad on the mandrel in multiple layers through laser cladding technique, and machining is performed to obtain medium carbon steel as the gear body material; the gear material is a high-entropy alloy gear.
