The positioning device comprises three groups of set rulers, wherein each set ruler group is formed bya plurality of measuring rulers in a sleeved mode layer by layer; one end of the set ruler group is a closed end, and the other end of the set ruler group is a free end, and the measuring ruler of theinner layer can extend and retract along the free end of the set ruler group; the three set ruler groups are sequentially connected end to end to form an equal-edge triangular structure; and in the two adjacent set ruler groups, the end of the outermost-layer measuring ruler at the closed end of one set ruler group is hinged to the end of the innermost-layer measuring ruler at the free end of theother set ruler group.
