The invention discloses a high-strength flame-retardant elastic fabric. The high-strength flame-retardant elastic fabric comprises a first fabric layer and a second fabric layer, wherein the first fabric layer is an inner layer of the whole fabric; a rubber layer is arranged between the first fabric layer and the second fabric layer; a cutting plane of the rubber layer is of a wave shape; crests and troughs of the wave shape are respectively bonded to the first fabric layer and the second fabric layer; a gap between the rubber layer and the first fabric layer/the second fabric layer is provided with a filling rubber column; the filling rubber column is of a cylindrical shape; the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical shape is bonded to the surfaces of the rubber layer/the first fabric layer/the second fabric layer; and the other surface of the second fabric layer is coated with a flame-retardant layer.
