Summary: | The present invention is directed a high density optical fiber distribution system having a preterminated optical fiber termination block assembly and an integrated splicing compartment disposed on aframe. The preterminated optical fiber termination block assembly includes optical fiber termination blocks with an installed multi-fiber stub cable. Each optical termination block has a plurality oftermination modules has a plurality of connector adapters into which optical fiber connectors disposed on a first end of the multi-fiber stub cable are connected. A second end of the multi-fiber stubcable is connected to a distribution cable in the integrated splicing compartment, wherein the splicing compartment comprises a plurality of drawers containing optical splices and wherein each drawerof the splicing compartment can be correlated to the preterminated optical fiber termination block assembly.
