A mesh nebulizer according to the present invention is provided with a main body (10) having a recess (16) with a shape opening upwards. The main body (10) comprises a vibration part having a vibration surface (43) and a liquid supply part for supplying a liquid towards the vibration surface (43). Provided are: a cap member (30) openably and closably covering the upper portion of the main body (10); and an replacement member (20) configured to be separate from the main body (10) and the cap member (30) and detachably mounted in the recess (16) of the main body (10) beforehand in use of the nebulizer. The replacement member (20) comprises a film-like mesh part (21a), a bottom plate part (22) and a side wall part (23).
