The settlement method of engineering funds comprises the following steps: when receiving the settlement request of engineering funds,determining the settlement project and requesting payment amount according to the settlement request; obtaining a completion progress and an output value of the settlement project, wherein the outputvalue comprises a material cost and/or a labor payment cost of the settlement project; determining a current payment amount of the settlement project according to the completion progress and the output value; when the requested payment amount is less than or equal to the current payment amount, the requested payment amount being paid to the user associated with the settlement request. The invention also discloses a settlement device of engineering funds and a computer-readable storage medium.
