The quick change mechanism is arranged at the top end of the middle of the fixing base, the fixing base and the quick change mechanism are in clearance fit, the quickchange mechanism comprises a power unit, a switch pull device, a piston pressing device, a rotary plate, a start device, a push device, a mounting and demounting device, an expansion device, a drivedevice and mounting bolts. After a series of drive application of the start device, the push device, the mounting and demounting device and the mounting bolts of the quick change mechanism, the supporting plate on the test mach
