The invention relates to a sample container heating device for nucleic acid extraction equipment and the nucleic acid extraction equipment. The sample container heating device comprises a driving mechanism and a heating structure used for being installed on an assembling base so that a sample container can be heated, wherein the position of the heating structure can be adjusted through the drivingmechanism in the height direction to have an idle position and a working position, at the idle position, the heating structure is retracted relative to the assembling base, at the working position, the heating structure protrudes relative to the assembling base, and a heating groove corresponding to the bottom shape of the sample container is formed in the heating surface of the heating structure. When the sample container heating device is assembled on the assembled base, as the heating groove corresponding to the bottom shape of the sample container is formed in the heating surface, corresponding to the sample cont
