The invention relate to an under-vehicle diesel generator set rack including a rectangular frame base, upright columns arranged at four corners of the base, a hanging base fixed on the upper part of the upright columns, reticulated sealing plates arranged on the left and right sides of the frame, and front and rear doors respectively arranged on the front and rear sides of the frame. A diesel engine fixed cross beam and a generator fixed cross beam are movably fixed in the base, and a steel wire mesh is arranged on the lower part of the base. As the frame mechanism is adopted in the machine frame, the diesel generator set can be adapted to the mount interface of different diesel generator sets by adjusting the position of the cross beam, and the invention has strong universality, and the machine frame can be adapted to the scheme of diesel generator sets of different power levels. The bottom adopts stainless steel mesh structure, which can effectively protect the shell of diesel generator set from damage caus
