The invention provides a degassing device for molten polyethylene resin. The degassing device comprises a distributor with a distributor inlet and a distributor outlet, wherein the distributor inlet is connected with the outlet of the molten polyethylene. The molten polyethylene resin is dissolved with ethylene monomer. The degassing device also comprises a low-pressure separation device which isconnected with the distributor outlet for flashing the ethylene monomer in the molten polyethylene resin. In the degassing device, distributing the molten polyethylene resin with the distributor can further improve the separation rate of the low-pressure separation equipment on the ethylene monomer, so that the degassing rate of the molten polyethylene is improved, the separation efficiency of theethylene monomer is improved, and the raw material consumption of the product is reduced as well.
