Summary: | The invention discloses a thermal regulating VOA. The thermal regulating VOA includes an optical fiber collimator, a light reflecting structure, a temperature regulating part and at least one wedge angle piece composed of a high photothermal coefficient crystal. The optical fiber collimator and the light reflecting structure are disposed along a direction of propagation of an optical path; the atleast one wedge angle piece is disposed between the optical fiber collimator and the light reflecting structure; and the at least one wedge angle piece adjusts the temperature of the wedge angle pieceby the temperature regulating part.
