A monomer material discharge weight control device and a control method are provided. A weighing sensor is installed at the bottom of a support for supporting raw material tanks. The raw material tanks are communicated with the upper feed end of a discharge pipeline. The discharge pipeline is equipped with a discharge solenoid valve and a film regulating valve in turn from top to bottom. A purgingmechanism is connected with one end of a common pipeline, and the other end of the common pipeline is connected with a material mixing tank. The lower discharge end of the discharge pipeline is communicated with the middle section of the common pipeline. The weighing sensor and the film regulating valve are connected with a controller.
