The invention relates to a feedback flow regulating valve which includes an installation pipeline and a control valve body. The control valve body is arranged on the installation pipeline, and the installation pipeline and the control valve body has a certain inclination angle and communicate with each other; and a flow sensor is mounted on the inner wall of the installation pipeline, the upper and lower ends of the installation pipeline are provided with connecting flanges correspondingly, the control valve body is internally provided with a valve rod and a valve core which are matched with each other, and the valve core can slide in the control valve body. The feedback flow regulating valve has the positive effects that a pressure sensor in a flow regulating device arranged separately ischanged into a small-caliber turbine flow sensor and embedded in the installation pipeline, the installation pipeline and a control valve are designed as a whole, operation of requiring cutting off the pipeline separately to
