Summary:A process for extracting rhenium from a copper smelting off-gas scrubbing solution comprises the steps that firstly, a vulcanizing agent is added into the copper smelting off-gas scrubbing solution, copper sulfide and sulfide rhenium sediment is generated, and solid-liquid separation is carried out on a product; secondly, a solid phase obtained in the first step is subjected to oxygen pressure leaching, and after a reaction is completed, solid-liquid separation is carried out again; and thirdly, potassium chloride is added into a liquid phase obtained in the second step, the temperature is reduced to 6 DEG C-10 DEG C, potassium perrhenate with the purity being 80% or above is obtained, then, twice high-temperature dissolution and cooling crystallization are carried out, and potassium perrhenate with the purity being 98% or above is obtained. The process for extracting the rhenium from the copper smelting off-gas scrubbing solution has the advantages that the running cost is low; by combining a copper smelting
