The invention belongs to the technical field of punching of thin plates and particularly relates to a continuous punching and conveying device of thin plates. The continuous punching and conveying device comprises a support frame, a driven wheel, a driving wheel, a conveying belt and a driving mechanism, wherein the conveying belt is of a crawler belt type structure; a plurality of metal fixing plates are uniformly distributed on the outer surface of the conveying belt; the conveying belt comprises an upper conveying belt located above the driven wheel and a lower conveying belt located underthe driven wheel; a positioning slot is formed in the upper surface of each metal fixing plate; a horizontal magnetic structure is arranged between the upper conveying belt and the lower conveying belt above the support frame; the upper part of the horizontal magnetic structure is in flush with the lower surface of the upper conveying belt; any one of the driven wheel and the driving wheel is a magnetic wheel; the conveyi
