The invention discloses a method and device performing RNA interference on frankliniella occidentalis. The method comprises the steps that pollen serves as artificial feed, wherein dsRNA designed andsynthesized according to the sequence of a target interference gene is mixed into a pollen solution to serve as a feeding fluid to feed frankliniella occidentalis test insects; an RNAi tube comprisesa tube body and an openable tube cover, wherein the top of the tube body is provided with an opening, the openable tube cover is matched with the opening in the top, the tube body is provided with a plurality of air vents with 200-300-mesh meshwork structures, and the tube cover is provided with a sampling adding hole of which the diameter is 0.3-0.7 cm. The method and device performing RNA interference on frankliniella occidentalis have the advantages that RNA interference can be effectively performed on frankliniella occidentalis with smaller bodies, and experimental data shows that the interference efficiency reache
