Summary:The invention relates to the technical field of deep ultraviolet, visible and near-infrared radiation calibration of aviation and satellite-borne cameras, and in particular relates to a deep ultraviolet, visible and near-infrared radiation calibration source device, also comprising a light source component used for providing camera radiation calibration with a known and stable radiance input; thelight source component comprises a xenon lamp light source and a halogen tungsten lamp light source; the xenon lamp light source is arranged on one side of an integrating sphere, and light rays emitted by the xenon lamp light source enter the integrating sphere via an inlet, for calibrating the camera at a deep ultraviolet band. Therefore, according to the device provided by the invention, the method combining the short-arc xenon lamp of which the color temperature is close to that of the sun with the halogen tungsten lamp is used for simulating the stable spectral radiation output with relatively wide spectrum range
