The composition for regulating human immune function comprises, in percentage by weight, 70-90% of ganoderma lucidum spore powder and 10-30% of oligomeric proanthocyanidins. The capsules for regulating human immune function comprise a capsule body and core particles that the capsule body is filled with, and the core particles are prepared from the composition for regulating human immune function. Based on traditional Chinese medicine theories, the method selects theganoderma lucidum spore powder which is made from the seeds of ganoderma lucidum which is a holy medicine for strengthening and consolidating body resistance in ancient times as a main raw material which is in combination with the oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPC). The method uses pure natural raw materials, has no additive, and can guarantee the effectiveness of the components in the raw materials to a maximum content.
