Summary: | The invention discloses a preparation method of novel fermented golden flaxseed meal and particularly relates to the technical field of feeds. The method includes: 1) preparing a fermenting agent including 15% of lactobacillus acidophilus, 25% of bacillus natto, 15% of lactobacillus plantarum, 20% of enterococcus faecalis, 10% of EM bacteria, and 15% of saccharomycetes; 2) adding water to the fermenting agent and golden flaxseed meal for mixing fermentation under a sealed condition for 70-72 h, wherein the fermenting agent accounts for 0.5 mass% of the golden flaxseed meal. The preparation method is simple, is good in condition controllability, and is short in fermenting time, high in efficiency and low in cost. After fermentation, contents of small-molecular peptides, active probiotics and organic acids in the golden flaxseed meal are high. The fermented golden flaxseed meal is blended with complete pig feed for feeding pigs, thus increasing the content of alpha-linolenic acid and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) |
