Summary: | The present invention relates to a composite positive pole for a lithium ion battery and a solid-state battery including the positive pole. The solid-state electrolyte positive pole comprises a positive plate on which a positive pole active material layer is formed and a composite solid-state electrolyte layer formed on an outer surface of the positive pole active material layer, wherein the thickness of the composite solid-state electrolyte layer is 1 to 50 [mu]m; the composite solid-state electrolyte layer comprises an organic polymer, lithium salt, a nano inorganic solid electrolyte, a biner and a wetting agent, wherein, based on the total weight of the composite solid electrolyte layer, the content of the organic polymer is 5 - 80 wt%, the content of the lithium salt is 5 - 50 wt%, thecontent of the nano inorganic solid electrolyte is 10 - 85 wt%, the content of the binder is 1 - 12 wt%and the content of the wetting agent is 0.1 - 0.5 wt%.
