Summary: | The invention provides a probing rod alignment device for a circular cone dynamic penetration test and a standard penetration test and an application. The probing rod alignment device comprises an outer sleeve and two halves of opposite alignment cylinder blocks. The middles of the alignment cylinder blocks are provided with inwards-concaved cylindrical alignment grooves. The outer diameters of the alignment cylinder blocks are matched with the inner diameter of the outer sleeve so that the two alignment cylinder blocks are installed in the outer sleeve in an adaptive manner after being connected, the outer edges of the upper parts of the alignment cylinder blocks are provided with flange segments with the outer diameters not smaller than the inner diameter of the outer sleeve, and the outer edge of an upper end opening of the outer sleeve is provided with a flange receiving disk.
