The invention relates to an anti-shake walking aid handle for patients with Parkinson's disease. The anti-shake walking aid handle comprises a handle body, wherein lower ends of two side columns of the handle body are each connected with a spherical-hinge base by means of a spherical hinge, and the handle body is mounted on a walking aid of an arbitrary model by means of the spherical-hinge bases;five springs are arranged in a fit clearance of each spherical hinge and the corresponding spherical-hinge base, three of the springs are evenly distributed in the circumference direction along the horizontal fit clearance of each spherical hinge and the corresponding spherical-hinge base, two of the springs are arranged in the bottom fit clearance of each spherical hinge and the corresponding spherical-hinge base, one ends of the springs are fixed on the spherical-hinge bases, and the other ends are inserted into spherical-hinge grooves. The anti-shake walking aid handle can be mounted on the walking aid of an arbit
