The invention discloses a high temperature resistant and ageing resistant PE membrane and a preparation method thereof. The high temperature resistant and ageing resistant PE membrane is prepared fromthe raw materials in percentage by weight: 60-70% of low-density polyethylene, 10-15% of metallocene linear low-density polyethylene, 2-6% of erucyl amide, 0.5-2.5% of polycarbonate, 1.5-3.5% of dicyclohexyl phthalate, 1-3% of a calcium-zinc stabilizer, 3-8% of a plastic heatproof agent and 5-10% of a modified chemical assistant, wherein the plastic heatproof agent is diphenylmethane bismaleimide; and the modified chemical assistant is prepared from the raw materials, in percentage by weight: 10-20% of phosphite ester, 5-15% of 2,8-ditert-butyl-4-methylphenol, 5-15% of thiodipropionic acid diester and 60-70% of polypropylene resin. The modified chemical assistant can better interact with the plastic heatproof agent and a mixture A mutually, so that unsaturated bonds and other parts with the relatively small molec
