The invention relates to a clamping assembly comprising a nut and an elastic collet chuck. The nut and the elastic collet chuck are detachably connected. The elastic collet chuck comprises a front section, an annular groove and a rear section which are connected. The outer surface of the front section is a cylindrical face. The outer surface of the rear section is a conical face. The outer diameter of the end, close to the front section, of the rear section is larger than the outer diameter of the front section. An axial through hole penetrating the front section and the rear section is formedin the center of the elastic collet chuck. Multiple narrow and long first grooves and second grooves are formed in the side wall of the elastic collet chuck.
