Travel constraint conditions are generated by pre-processing Poi sign in data of passenger agents and a driver agent, and then the driver agent generates a rideshare motivation to construct a motivation model; the driver agent communicates and negotiates with the multiple passenger agents about the rideshare motivation, and a path matching model is formed by a negotiation result; the driver agent and passenger agents meeting the path matching model perform rideshare negotiation to generate a negotiation model; the motivation model, the path matching model and the negotiation model of the driver agent and the passenger agents are obtained through an agent management system; and the agent management system generates a rideshare system between the driver agent and the passenger agents through the motivation model, the path matching model and the negotiation model.
