The filter element is arranged in the shell. An interlayer is arranged on the portion, located between the filter element and the inner wall of the shell, in the shell. The condensation sheets arefixed in the interlayer. The water storage tank is connected to the bottom of the interlayer. The electrolysis device is arranged in the water storage tank. The upper end of the filter element is connected with a water inlet pipe.
